Where are you available?
We offer our services world-wide and can relocate anywhere that’s required. We are Australian and European citizens, meaning we can service these locations hassle and visa free. We have, however, worked in other parts of the world also – like Mexico – so we are open to positions globally.
How long are your property care positions?
This is discussed on an individual-needs basis and adapted to your requirements. Generally speaking, they are shorter than 3 months due to visa requirements. If, however, the property is in Australia or Europe, it can be longer than 3 months due to our double citizenship. If you require our services for longer, please reach out and we would love to discuss your needs.
What is your daily rate?
Every property is different and every owner has different needs. As such, we don’t have a “one size fits all” pricing model. Please get in touch so we can discuss what you need and how we can best work together.
Do you have any qualifications?
Yes, we both have a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Resident Letting Agent Licenses. Along with our varied experience, these qualifications have solidified our knowledge and best practices.
